Each Graduate position is part of a department/function and has their specific responsibilities and objectives according to the role.

- Recently graduated individuals (within the last 1.5 years) with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Less than 2 years professional experience

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Internship Program offers final-year university students a year-long opportunity to apply academic knowledge in renewable energy.
Focused on skill development, it includes lunch & learn sessions, development conversations, impactful projects, and real world industry exposure. Successful interns may transition into a Graduate role at ACCIONA Energia.
Each Intern position is part of a department/function and has their specific responsibilities and objectives according to the role.
Duration: 1 Year
Type of contract: Casual – flexible hours to fit around studies

THE PROGRAM EXPERIENCE
Our unique program offers comprehensive development and training experience based on key competencies that will set you up for success in your career with ACCIONA Energía. Working in collaboration with our graduates locally and globally. Yes globally, our program includes a global development program where you will work with teams across 40 other countries all leading to a post-grad certificate.

- Participation in Lunch & Learn Sessions to obtain a comprehensive overview of each department’s activity and their role within the organisation.
- Site visits. We have several power plants in operation in Australia and we are building the wind farm with the biggest capacity in the southern hemisphere.
